Senior Director, Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel

As Senior Director of Welfare and Social Services at the Schusterman Family Philanthropies – Israel, Merav strategizes effective change in welfare and social services in Israel.
Merav held senior positions at the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services, and founded and managed Yated, the national program for youth at risk. She brings twenty years of experience in civil society, including the TLV Rape Crisis Center and Orr Shalom, an NGO in the field of children and youth at risk.
Merav holds a BA and an MSW from Bar Ilan University, and is currently completing her Doctorate in Social Work.
