Nomi Guttman is a social worker by training. She founded and managed the social services unit at Laniado Hospital in Netanya for eighteen years. She went on to manage the administration of the hospital’s ambulatory services and also founded the hospital’s marketing department, which she managed for five years. In 2000 she established the National Emergency Center for Child Victims of Domestic Violence– “Neve Michael”—which she managed for seven years.
