סדנא עם פרופ' לארי אייבר-Early Childhood Programs for Refugees from Countries in Conflict
There are more refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the world today than at any time since the end of World War Two. Among the least well served among refugees and IDPs are large number of young children before they reach school age. This workshop will briefly review some of the facts about young child refugees and IDPs and the current inadequacy of the humanitarian response. Together, we will discuss the challenges and opportunities to better meet the needs of this most vulnerable population of children and their families.
