Ofra Ben Meir manages the project for establishing a campus that will consolidate 8 services for at-risk children in Jerusalem under one roof, in academic cooperation with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Mount Scopus.

Ofra holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a joint Master’s degree in Administrative Law from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University in Chicago. She was certified as a lawyer in 2004, has served as deputy legal counsel of the Israel National Council for the Child and managed the Program for Accompanying Child Victims of Crime. Ofra has lectured at the Children’s Rights Clinic at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and at Sha’arei Mishpat College, and in the framework of the “Jewish Law Youth Cadets” association.
