Cancelation Refunds Policy For Course Registration
Up to two weeks before the course begins – a person canceling his registration will receive a full refund after a handling fee deduction of 15% of the amount.
From two weeks before the course begins and up to the first session – A 50% refund will be given, except in special cases that are approved by the Institute’s executive director.
If cancelation of registration in the course is done following the first session – no refund will be granted, except in special cases that are approved by the Institute’s executive director.
Requests should be submitted in writing to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, under the heading – Payment Refund, and must include the receipt number and reason for cancelation.
