Hila Shohami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication and Human Resource Management from Ben-Gurion University, and  a Master’s degree in the Schwartz Program for the Management of Nonprofit and Community Organizations at the Paul Baerwald School of Social Work and Social Welfare at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Hila has previous experience in human resource management, specifically in employee recruitment and employee welfare, as well as in purchasing and administrative management.
