Participation in the ISPCAN Conference in Prague, the Czech Republic

The international ISPCAN Conference is held annually and its aim is to disseminate information and increase public awareness in the field of maltreatment of children, and to develop actions for its prevention and for the promotion of children’s rights throughout the world. This year, four staff members of the Institute took part in the conference: Prof. Asher Ben-Arieh was the keynote speaker and delivered the plenary lecture; Dr. Paula David delivered a lecture on how to talk with children about trauma; Anat Ofir delivered a lecture on the social hub project, “One out of Five”; and Sigal Knafo presented a poster about successfully managing of the social media.
