In collaboration with: The “Ashalim” Program, the Welfare Ministry and Social Services.

Goal: To train social workers, certified for intervention with families at risk who were located via the “Toddlers-at-risk Law”, in trauma-informed intervention and contact through home visits.

Target Population: Social workers in welfare agencies throughout Israel who are trained to work as “soft-mantle” social workers.
