Basic Course

Goal: To provide an additional leading group of attorneys comprehensive expertise on subjects relating to child abuse; to deepen the attorneys’ understanding and their sensitivity to the needs and problems of the population of child victims of abuse, to augment the minor’s participation in the judicial procedures, and understand the complexity of the child’s psycho-social environment.

Target Population: Attorneys from various regions

Advanced Course

Goal: To provide advanced information on maltreated children from the legal and treatment aspects.

Target Population: Attorneys in the various regions, graduates of the basis course

To deepen the attorneys’ understanding of and sensitivity to the needs and problems of child victims of abuse, as well as their role in representing the child, strengthening him and involving him actively through the judicial procedures; understanding the complexity of the child’s psycho-social environment.

Goal: Providing progressive information on child victims of abuse and neglect – legal and treatment aspects
