The Haruv Institute has reached an agreement for collaboration with the Kempe Center in Denver, Colorado .Each year the Institute will provide a scholarship for a post-doctoral student for studies at the Center.
In addition, the Institute and the Kempe Center are examining  the possibility of working together to implement  a study program  and training courses on child abuse in Albania and Kosovo.
Senior professional staff from the Kempe Center are advising the Institute on training professionals to implement an experimental program for the prevention of child abuse in the Halisa neighborhood in Haifa.
