The Children’s Worlds study

The Children’s Worlds study (www.isciweb.org)  Is an international research project that addresses children directly in order to learn about their subjective well-being, quality of life and time budgeting, with the help of a questionnaire adapted to their age and cognitive and emotional ability.
The latest data collection wave of the study was conducted with the participation of over 128,000 children in 35 countries around the world.
This unique and large project strives to understand and promote children’s views and experiences about their lives and well-being, and to encourage policy makers and all those involved in child welfare to work to improve children’s childhood.
The Haruv Institute supported the financing of the project and the distribution of the survey among 4,500 children in Israel.
