Lynn Schusterman, Founder and Co-Chair, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, an international foundation aiming to motivate young people to create positive social change both in the Jewish community and worldwide.

Lynn has been active for more than 50 years in the community and philanthropic arenas and is the driving force in promoting the goals and values which are dear to her heart: Love of Judaism, Jews and Israel; a passion for Tikkun Olam; faith in young people’s potential; belief in the importance of education; devotion and support to the Tulsa community, with a consistent aspiration for excellence throughout all her activity.  Through her work in the area of prevention of child abuse and neglect, she has improved the life of hundreds of thousands of people on the local, national and international levels.

Over the years Lynn has won widespread recognition and appreciation and has been awarded many honorary degrees. She is seen as a pioneer in women’s philanthropy, with her philanthropic work emphasizing the importance of family, giving to society, and helping those who help themselves.
